About Jennifer

Jenny Staskey, CPA, CFE, CDFA, LP is a member of the firm and practices in several areas as her credentials suggest. She is an Arizona licensed Legal Paraprofessional in Family Law. She is also a CPA, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. As a Legal Paraprofessional (LP), Ms. Staskey provides legal advice and represents clients in court in family law matters. She can also represent clients in collaborative law cases and, in cases where she is not representing one of the parties, can serve as a member of the collaborative team as a financial neutral. Ms. Staskey also provides private mediation services in family law matters. In her role as a CPA, Ms. Staskey provides fraud examination services, expert witness services and litigation support to individuals, businesses and governmental clients. Prior to joining AWD, Ms. Staskey spent many years as a Senior Lecturer of Accounting for Northern Arizona University. Ms. Staskey has a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies from Pima Community College, a bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Northern Arizona University, a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a Human Relations emphasis from Northern Arizona University. She enjoys mountain biking, volunteering in the community and spending time with her grown children and grandbabies.
