About Jennifer

Originally from Tiko, Cameroon, Jennifer Fomunung brings a global perspective and a diverse legal background to every case. With experience spanning multiple legal disciplines and a deep commitment to client service, she approaches each matter with diligence, insight, and compassion. After moving to the United States, Jennifer pursued an academic path rooted in international understanding. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Mandarin from the University of Alabama in 2014, then continued straight into law school at Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2017. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2019, Jennifer has built a versatile career. Early on, she handled Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act cases and Defense Base Act claims, followed by roles in insurance coverage litigation and tax consulting. Today, she focuses on general civil litigation and personal injury-areas where her analytical strengths and dedication to justice truly shine. Outside of legal practice, Jennifer enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with friends and family. A strong supporter of the arts, she also volunteers at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston. Whether representing clients in high-stakes litigation or guiding them through everyday legal challenges, Jennifer Fomunung combines experience, empathy, and global perspective to advocate for the best possible outcome.
