Jennifer J. Smith is a Partner with Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Jennifer has extensive trial and litigation experience. Formerly a Partner at a state-wide insurance defense firm, Jennifer has represented insurance carriers, corporations and individuals in all aspects of litigation through trial and appellate procedures. She has years of experience handling water damage claims, assignment of benefit cases, fire claims, hurricane, weather related claims, sink hole and collapse claims. In addition to first party claims, Ms. Smith handles third party property damage claims involving Condominium Associations and property owners. Ms. Smith also handles coverage disputes, extra-contractual liability, including denials of insurance coverage and untimely claims handling. She also has extensive experience defending Examinations Under Oath and pre-suit related matters. Ms. Smith was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017, 2018 and 2019, an honor afforded to only 2.5% of Florida Attorneys.
