About Jennifer

Jennifer L. Thompson concentrates her practice on mass tort litigation. She is a graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington and the University of Dayton School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Her career includes serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and a Special Agent with the FBI, specializing in complex white-collar crime and later domestic terrorism investigations. Since 2005, she has focused on complex civil litigation, primarily product liability. She is married with two children.
