She also regularly represents fiduciaries such as executors, administrators, trustees, and agents, who she will guide through may be their first and only time in such a role. She will also represent the heirs, beneficiaries, and principals, ensuring that their rights are recognized throughout the process. There are numerous probate issues that Jennifer regularly takes to court. Litigation can appear in numerous ways, whether it is a will contest, inherited property dispute, or lawsuit by or against a personal representative. Jennifer is ready for all of them.
