She regularly handles independent administrations, dependent administrations, estates with and without wills, and probate avoidance options like muniments of title. She also regularly represents fiduciaries such as executors, administrators, trustees, and agents, who she will guide through may be their first and only time in such a role. She will also represent the heirs, beneficiaries, and principals, ensuring that their rights are recognized throughout the process. There are numerous probate issues that Jennifer regularly takes to court. Litigation can appear in numerous ways, whether it is a will contest, inherited property dispute, or lawsuit by or against a personal representative. Jennifer is ready for all of them. She will advise and teach, suggest out of court resolutions, and zealously advocate. Jennifer also handles contested and uncontested guardianships. She is regularly appointed by the Johnson County Courts at Law to serve as an attorney or guardian ad litem in heirship and guardianship matters.
