Jennifer R. McRae received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from James Madison University in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1996. She is admitted to the Florida and Georgia Bars and is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts. From 1996 to 2000, she served as a 3rd Judicial Circuit Staff Attorney. She was admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1997. Since 2000, Jennifer has limited her private practice to personal injury and wrongful death cases, successfully obtaining settlements/verdicts in the millions. She has been recognized as a member of The National Trial Lawyers, Top 100, Civil Plaintiff; Elite Lawyer, Personal Injury; Lawyers of Distinction, Personal Injury; National Association of Distinguished Counsel, Nation’s Top 1%; and Top 10 personal injury attorney in Florida by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, “NAOPIA.”
