About Jeremy-Evan

Attorney Jeremy-Evan Alva has fought for peoples’ rights his entire adult life. In the classroom and in the courtroom, he has had the reputation of championing for the wrongly accused and under privileged. While studying for his undergraduate degree, he designed his own major and triple-majored in Psychology, Sociology and Political Science. This trifecta of studies enabled Jeremy to focus on one of his areas of interest: Race Relations. As a Teacher’s Assistant for two years, he was able to communicate and help fellow students from diverse backgrounds. After College, Jeremy studied law at the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where he earned his Juris Doctor. While there, he concentrated on trial advocacy where he won multiple honors for his advocacy skills. Prior to joining Alva & Moscow, LLC, Jeremy worked at the prestigious Defender Association of Philadelphia. There he gained valuable courtroom experience, representing clients who were unable to afford private representation. Jeremy is an aggressive advocate and experienced litigator. He has tried hundreds of cases and handled all types of criminal matters, from misdemeanors to major felony trials and in many different counties within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
