About Jesse

Jesse Pound understands labor law like few others, having been a staff attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor prior to joining Rutter Mills. His background assisting administrative law judges in drafting decisions under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act makes him the right advocate for clients injured at the shipyard, or in any job involved in the building, repair, maintenance, loading or unloading of a vessel. He also worked for the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry and served as a magistrate in Chesapeake, Virginia.
