About Jessica

Jessica Day first earned her A.S. degree in business finance in 1995 from Mount Washington College. Ms. Day worked as a financial advisor before later returning to Mount Washington College in 2013 to complete her B.A. degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Day then attended Massachusetts School of Law, earning her J.D. degree. Ms. Day has been a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since 2017 and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts since 2018. Ms. Day is a general practice attorney experienced in business formation and contract negotiation, landlord tenant disputes, debt litigation and criminal defense.
