Jessica L. McGary

About Jessica

Jessica L. McGary has been practicing law since 2010. She joined Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick, & Mirabella in November of 2022, where she practices family law and school law. Jessica handles a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, parentage, and post-decree issues. She also has extensive school law experience, including prosecuting and defending expulsion hearings, suspension hearings, and other issues involving student discipline. Prior to joining Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, Jessica practiced in municipal law and civil litigation, representing public bodies and their elected officials, including local municipalities and school boards.
