Jessica M. Maxwell, joined the Law office of Grosso & Sarkisian in 2022 and concentrates her practice on personal injury matters. Ms. Maxwell attended Seton Hall University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English. Ms. Maxwell earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016, with a concentration in Health Law. After graduating from Seton Hall Law, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruno Mongiardo, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Law Division. Following her clerkship, Ms. Maxwell handled civil and chancery litigation matters, at a boutique law firm in New Jersey. Ms. Maxwell has also handled New York workers’ compensation defense claims for a mid-size law firm in New Jersey. There, she represented employers, carriers and third-party administrators in all aspects of litigation before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, prior to focusing her practice on New Jersey plaintiff side personal injury matters at a large firm in New Jersey. Ms. Maxwell is an experienced litigator, whose diverse experience has provided her with a unique perspective and insight, which is utilized to advocate on behalf of her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, playing tennis, and ice skating.
