About Jillian

Jillian Harlington is the managing partner at Walker Heye, PLLC. Jillian’s practice focuses on federal and state court litigation, including personal injury and disputes related to contract, construction, business, and real property matters. Jillian also maintains a transactional practice assisting clients with business formation, licensing, employment matters, real property transactions, and business acquisitions. Jillian takes pride in helping her clients understand the intricacies of their legal dilemmas and formulating a plan that best fits their unique needs. She is dedicated to giving her clients peace of mind knowing that their legal troubles are in the hands of attentive counsel who will give them the tenacious advocacy they deserve in the midst of trying times. Jillian grew up in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Psychology, and a focus on trauma and crisis intervention. After leaving her home state to pursue her legal career, Jillian graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2014. Jillian served as the Membership Committee Chair and an Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. While at Gonzaga, Jillian assisted clients in the Consumer Protection Law Clinic and interned with local firms representing clients in both civil litigation matters and federal criminal cases. Jillian is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Washington, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Washington, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association. Jillian joined the Tri-Cities community in 2015 with her husband Tyler, a local winemaker. In their spare time, Jillian and Tyler are avid outdoors enthusiasts who enjoy backpacking, camping, and snowboarding with their children.
