Jillian Clark is a transactional associate with Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb with a focus on real estate, business law, and estate planning. She has a wide range of real estate experience, including commercial leasing, foreclosure litigation, title review, and residential and commercial property sales, financing and development. Prior to joining BCPK, Jillian gained litigation experience representing banks, mortgage servicers, construction companies, real estate investors, and personal injury plaintiffs.
