Before Vigil & Alford, PLLC, Mr. Vigil spent three years as Litigation Counsel for a large national personal injury law firm where he successfully litigated cases in court and obtained either through negotiated settlements, mediations, or jury verdicts, awards in substantial excess of the insurance companies’ initial offers. In addition to Mr. Vigil’s personal injury experience, he was both a clerk and later, Counsel for a prestigious civil rights firm in Berkeley, California.
