About Joe

Joe Duepner spent his early childhood in St. Louis, MO before moving to Hamilton County, Indiana in 1993. He currently resides in Westfield, Indiana with this wife and two children. Prior to opening Duepner Law LLC, Joe also worked briefly at the Indiana Securities Commission under Commissioner Chris Naylor, assisting in the investigation, research and litigation of securities fraud issues including the case of State Of Indiana vs. CFS LLC, CFS Trust Inc, CFS at Crosspoint LLC et al. Joe opened Duepner Law in 2013 and for the past decade has tirelessly advocated on behalf of thousands of clients. Joe has successfully obtained favorable settlement awards in numerous injuries claims bringing much need compensation to his injured clients. Joe also has invaluable experience as a litigator handling various types of cases in front of juries and judges across Indiana, including capital murder cases and high level felonies. Joe has represented many small to medium sized businesses, including HOA’s regarding all aspects of contractual work to enforcement and defense of such. Lastly Joe has vast experience in advising clients and preparing estate planning documents to ensure the future is secured and also handles all types of probate estate issues. In his spare time, you will find Joe enjoying outdoor leisure activities or attending and coaching his children in multiple sports.
