About Joe

Joe is a founding member of Supple Law Office and is well known for his expertise in business workouts, bankruptcy reorganization, and consumer protection. Joe is a Subchapter V Chapter 11 Trustee appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice and has represented hundreds of businesses and individuals in bankruptcy proceedings. He earned a degree in accounting from Marshall University in 1995 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his law degree from West Virginia University in 1999. After law school, Joe was employed by Ohio Valley Bank as in-house counsel, and from April 2000 to October 2002, served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald G. Pearson, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Joe is Counsel for the City of Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Main Street Point Pleasant, the Mason County Community Foundation and Point Pleasant River Museum.
