John Godsil has litigated and tried complex business, intellectual property, professional negligence, and real estate disputes for nearly thirty years. His practice has included representing parties in partnership/shareholder litigation, real estate disputes, receiverships, breach of contract actions, business tort cases and trade secret misappropriation matters. John obtained his juris doctor from UCLA School of Law and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining Rosen Saba, John was a partner at a prominent Southern California law firm where he practiced for over two decades. In his free time, John enjoys hanging out with his family, running, traveling, and all things baseball.
