John Hyatt is Special Counsel to Fox Law and Managing Partner at the Law Offices of Einwechter & Hyatt. John is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and California and is partnering with Fox Law on the Maui Fire cases to help those who have been harmed. He is a highly skilled and seasoned attorney. His civil practice focuses primarily on issues facing small and medium sized business, estate planning, business succession, property development and wealth preservation. He served as the senior attorney to the Hawaii National Guard prior to his retirement from the military in 2021, and has been practicing law in Hawaii for over 15 years. John graduated first in his class at U.C. Hasting College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is a strategic and tenacious lawyer, 100% committed to helping his clients get the best results. John raised his family on Oahu and all three of his children graduated from Kahuku high school on Oahu’s North Shore.
