John J. Halpin, MA, CRC, has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC #35873) since 1997 and is certified with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Counseling as a Certified Rehabilitation Provider (CRP #071500559). He has over thirty-two years of experience in vocational counseling in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Seton Hall University and a Master’s Degree in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College. He studied counseling at Chestnut Hill College, Allentown College of Saint Francis de Sales and the University of Arkansas.
