Attorney Martino regularly represents companies and individuals in a variety of litigation matters including all aspects of personal injury, general liability, and insurance defense, specifically wrongful death claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction site accidents, and all tort related matters. Prior to establishing Martino Law Group, LLC, he was a Senior Trial Attorney with One Beacon Insurance Group, defending personal and commercial insureds in legal actions including personal injury, construction site accidents, environmental claims, general insurance coverage disputes and subrogation matters. He is a qualified Mediator, Conciliator, and an arbitrator for a variety of civil cases, using his extensive trial experience to facilitate fair settlements. He is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal District Courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
