John J. Stobierski is Of Counsel to Stobierski & Connor, which he co-founded in 1990. He is a premiere litigator in Western Massachusetts, known for achieving large jury verdicts and settlements, including a $3 million jury award and a $5.25 million settlement in a gas explosion case. He has been a leading advocate for victims of clergy sex abuse, handling over 80 cases. He concentrates on personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, and serves as general counsel to Deerfield Academy and Eaglebrook School. He is also involved in community service, serving on Deerfield’s Finance Committee and as a former Franklin County Commissioner.
