About JOHN

John McGahee, Jr. served ten years in the Air Force Intelligence Agency, stationed in California, England, and Japan, with deployments to the Middle East. After his military service, he worked as an engineer for Lockheed Martin before pursuing a legal career. He joined the Ohio Department of Correction, rising through the ranks while attending Capital University School of Law evening program. Upon graduation, he worked as an Assistant Delaware County Prosecutor. John later opened his own practice in Portage County, focusing on public service and representing clients who cannot afford an attorney. He now joins The Henry Law Firm, bringing his passion for fighting for accident victims against insurance companies, utilizing his skills in analyzing complex cases, cross-examining expert witnesses, and advocating for clients.
