About John
I am the owner of John Tyler Law Firm located in Montrose, Colorado. I am a licensed attorney in Colorado and Texas. My desire is to help people who have been hurt or wronged because of someone’s negligence or wrongful act. My law firm is devoted exclusively to a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Practice. Many of our current clients are repeat clientele and I receive many referrals from other attorneys who place their confidence in us to help them and their clients when faced with personal injury matters. I am a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and The American Board of Trial Advocates. I am rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and am board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for my practice in Texas. My practice involves all aspects of personal injury claims and wrongful death litigation, but my focus usually involves 18-wheeler cases, automobile, and motorcycle cases as well has some premises liability. I have sued and recovered from some of the largest corporations in America. I bring 37 years of experience to the table when dealing with tough insurance companies. John Tyler Law Firm has the financial ability and manpower to take on these large companies and place our clients on equal footing with anyone. It is very important to investigate fully the potential injury of each client. At times, this involves the retention of experts and specialists who can see our clients and evaluate injuries. If you have been injured, I would like the opportunity to help you. Our team will work hard and diligently on your case and will keep you regularly informed of the status of your case.
