After 33 years of practicing law, Jon Givens for the last 6 years has devoted his practice solely to helping fire victims. Jon is licensed in Hawaii, Alaska, California, and Oregon and represents over 20,000 fire victims. In the past 2 years he has personally processed over $1 billion of fire victim claims.Jon used his engineering background to help solve the cause and origin of the Tubbs Fire, which at the time was the second most destructive fire in history. He proved CAL FIRE, the California State fire investigators wrong.In the Maui Fires, Watts Guerra is on the Steering Committee for the litigation. Jon has owned a home in Maui County for the past 20 years and is the only Hawaii licensed lawyer who devotes 100% of his practice to fire victims.
