About Jonathan

Jon McMahon, Esq. has over ten years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses in a wide variety of legal matters including litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, bankruptcy, immigration, employment law, and real estate development and transactions. During his career Attorney McMahon has provided exceptional legal services to all of his clients, from large multi-national corporations involved in complex litigation to individuals seeking simple legal advice. He is a member of the California State Bar and licensed to practice in all California state courts and the Federal District Courts within state. He has extensive experience litigating in state and federal court and is a zealous advocate for his clients. Attorney McMahon graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2005 where he served as Comments Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board. He was a quarterfinalist in the USF Advanced Moot Court Competition, won the Best Brief Award, and was nominated to the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Students Program.
