Jonathan D. Befus is a civil litigation attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Mr. Befus represents individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Florida. Before joining Kuhn Raslavich, Jonathan spent years defending insurance carriers and handling complex first property and workers’ compensation insurance coverage matters. While attending law school, Jonathan was a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation, Cyber Law/IP Society, and International Moot Court. Through Moot Court, Jonathan represented his law school in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Competition and the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition. Before his legal career, Jonathan was a small business owner, operating a brick-and-mortar retail location in Miami, Florida.
