As an Ohio native from Sandusky, OH, Jonathan McGookey attended college at The Ohio State University to pursue a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Jonathan studied at Cleveland - Marshall College of Law, which helped him begin his legal career as Assistant County Prosecutor in Erie County, OH. Later in 2018, he established his private practice working for Kocher & Gillum as a criminal defense lawyer handling a wide range of criminal cases.
