Jordan S. Bachenheimer, Esq. is an Attorney in Kanner & Pintaluga’s Florida Personal Injury Litigation group. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Jordan began his legal career as an associate at one of Florida’s largest civil defense firms, where he represented insurance carriers and their insureds in personal injury matters in general and commercial liability matters, including premises liability, vehicle negligence, nursing home defenses, and general civil litigation, in pre-suit and litigation. Thereafter, he transitioned to working at a firm focusing on defending hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. During his time as a defense attorney, he learned how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury lawsuits, which he now uses to his clients’ benefit. Jordan received a B.S. from Florida State University. He completed his J.D. at Florida State University College of Law.
