Jose A. Vega

About Jose

Jose A. Vega is a member of the firm’s Litigation Services Practice Group, providing representation in the areas of criminal and insurance defense. Jose grew up in Waterbury, Connecticut. He completed his undergraduate studies at Pensacola Christian College in 2005. In 2006, he attended Valparaiso School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2009. Before joining Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP, Jose practiced for over a decade as a deputy prosecutor in Lake County, Indiana. Towards the end of 2020, Jose worked with Indiana Legal Services, Inc. helping the organization reach out and help Northwest Indiana’s most vulnerable citizens stay in their housing while the CDC Eviction Moratorium was in place. Jose lives in Crown Point, Indiana with his wife and children.
