About Joseph

Joseph A. Bosco was born in Oak Park, Illinois, November 26, 1957. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1982 and Michigan in 2002, and various U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1979, J.D. from Loyola University in 1982, and L.L.M. from McGill University in 1986. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney specializing in complex plaintiff and defense civil litigation, including aviation, products liability, construction, commercial, auto, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and malpractice. He has litigated nationally and internationally and has been involved in many complex catastrophic aviation litigation matters. Joe is a former member of the General Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association and a current member of the Aviation Law Section of the Chicago Bar Association. He has been selected for inclusion in the Illinois Super Lawyers® since 2006.
