Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA and Joseph A. Downing Co., L.P.A. formed an “of counsel” relationship in May of 2014 to better serve clients of both firms. The relationship also reconnects Greg and Nick to Tipp City, Ohio, where they both practiced at the beginning of their careers. Joe started Joseph A. Downing Co., L.P.A. in December 2007. Joe has extensive experience representing clients in estate planning, probate, business, real estate, elder law, and Medicaid planning. He prides himself on his ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients. He also enjoys assisting them with their short and long-term legal needs. Joe concentrates his practice on estate planning (including special needs planning), elder law (including Medicaid planning), business law, commercial and residential real estate, and probate (including administration of decedents’ estates and guardianships).
