About Joseph

Joseph A. Fraley graduated from Ohio Northern University and Capital University Law School in 1991, immediately beginning practice. He became a partner after three years and expanded the firm's practice to include personal injury claims. In 2008, his firm merged, and in 2020, it reverted to Pencheff & Fraley LPA. He is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Intentional Tort, and Litigation, having tried lawsuits in many Ohio Counties. He has fought for workers and injured persons’ rights for over 20 years.
