About Joseph

Joseph A. Mueller is a founding partner at Mueller, Lawson & Frobish, P.C., with over 40 years of experience. He began his career as an appellate prosecutor and then as an Assistant’s State attorney, and eventually, the First Assistant State’s attorney in LaSalle County, Illinois. He has been trying cases to jury verdict since 1979, handling criminal and exclusively plaintiff’s personal injury cases. He has extensive trial experience, successfully prosecuting personal injury cases in numerous Illinois counties and United States District courts. He is known for taking difficult cases to trial and has obtained significant verdicts, including a $1,086,338 jury verdict in Grundy County. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Grundy County Bar Association, and Will County Bar Association.
