About Joseph

Joseph D. Pometto is the founder and managing partner of Joe Pometto Law. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has taken numerous cases to jury verdicts, and has experience in mediations, arbitrations, magistrate hearings, bench trials, direct appeals, plea bargains, and high-level negotiations. He focuses on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. Prior to founding his firm, he worked for the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office and served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He is a veteran who enjoys helping fellow veterans.
