Joseph Eisenstadt is a founding partner at Eisenstadt Law, handling all types of criminal cases across Massachusetts. With over 20 years of experience, he has a strong record of winning jury trials, bench trials, and motions for various charges including OUI, assault, drug cases, and motor vehicle homicide. Previously, he served as an Assistant Massachusetts Attorney General, prosecuting white-collar, environmental, narcotics, and computer crimes, and as an Assistant Suffolk County District Attorney, handling misdemeanors and felonies, including major felony and gang unit cases. He earned his law degree with high honors from Emory University, receiving multiple academic awards and being elected to the Order of the Coif.
