Joseph H. Tringali is a Partner and Chair of the Business and Estate Litigation Group, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He represents companies and individuals in litigations across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania, specializing in contract, ownership, and shareholder disputes, as well as estate litigation.
