About Joseph
Joseph “Jerry” Lassalle is a personal injury and trial attorney at Loyd J. Bourgeois Injury & Accident Lawyer. Born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana, he focuses on securing fair compensation for clients through litigation and settlement. He earned a degree in Business Management and Legal Studies from Tulane University and a law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. His legal career began defending healthcare providers, where he honed his trial skills. He then joined one of New Orleans’ largest personal injury law firms, successfully securing tens of millions of dollars in settlements. He has been recognized as a Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to 2025. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts since 2015 and U.S. District Courts for Eastern, Middle & Western Districts of Louisiana. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Mallory, two sons J.J. and Julian, and two dogs Huey and Molly, and engaging in sports, festivals, and travel.
