Mr. Turchi is a founding member of Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, including a wide array of employment, educational discrimination and other claims, commercial litigation, and professional liability cases. He has litigated and tried to verdict all forms of federal and state commercial litigation, professional liability, employment and educational discrimination and related cases for more than 30 years; including injunctive and declaratory judgment actions involving contract disputes, class actions, age, race, gender, disability, harassment, national origin and religious discrimination matters in workplace and educational environments. Mr. Turchi has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year since 2014. Mr. Turchi has represented a wide range of clients in various private industries, homeowner’s associations and public, charter, private schools, and school boards. He regularly represents lawyers and other professionals who are accused of malpractice. He has also litigated sexual harassment claims, employee defamation cases, invasion of privacy and other work-place tort claims. Mr. Turchi has litigated and tried employment, professional liability, educational discrimination, and commercial cases in state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Illinois, Virginia, and California. In addition to numerous trials and injunction hearings, Mr. Turchi has appeared countless times before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and other similar agencies.
