About Joseph

Greenwood Village personal injury attorney Joseph Martin’s journey into personal injury law began during his time at the University of Colorado Law School, where he discovered his passion for advocating on behalf of those in need. While in law school, Mr. Martin worked as a law clerk for one and a half years at a personal injury firm. During this time, he gained experience in handling motor vehicle collision and premises liability cases, working alongside respected attorneys and further developing his legal expertise. Mr. Martin approaches each case with a client-first mindset, striving for the best outcomes and ensuring his clients feel supported throughout the legal process. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Martin enjoys staying active by hiking and skiing the Rocky Mountains, following the UFC, and cheering on his hometown Philadelphia Eagles.
