A native of Pennsylvania, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990 and earned his multi-major B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 in politics, philosophy, and economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1990 and a Master’s degree in trial advocacy from Temple University in 1995. His experience also includes land use issues, zoning, and estate litigation, landlord tenant claims, home owner’s insurance claims, construction litigation, general and commercial litigation. Attorney Hanyon has experience in all types of general and commercial litigation, representation of individual purchasers and large builders in the Pocono Mountains, litigation of estates, property damage, breach of contract, bad faith of insurance companies commercial land use, etc.
