J.R., a resident of Oregon, Ohio, received his B.A. with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the University of Toledo. J.R. is also a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations, and past member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
