About Joseph
Joe Musso has dedicated his 26-year career to advocating for nursing home and assisted living residents and their families, securing millions in compensation for victims of abuse and neglect. He is a sought-after speaker nationwide, educating lawyers, families, and advocacy groups on preventing nursing home abuse. Joe has testified before state legislatures on nursing home staffing requirements and has co-counseled with attorneys across the country on abuse cases. He is the Past Chair of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Long Term Care Litigation Section and President-Elect of the DC Trial Lawyers Association.
