Josh H. Kardisch, Esq. is the newest addition to the Pegalis Law Group team. With over 35 years of experience, he has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, toxic exposures, construction site accidents, and defective products at the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented individuals in complex insurance coverage, employment discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment issues.
