About Josh

Co-founding partner, Josh Maximon, focuses his practice on personal injury, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. He previously co-founded and was a partner at a prominent personal injury and criminal defense boutique law firm in Boulder. Josh and his previous firm had numerous courtroom victories, including receiving the largest jury verdict in the history of the State of Colorado on behalf of a bicyclist tragically injured in a motor vehicle accident. After appellate courts rebuffed several defense efforts at appeal, the defendants paid over $58 million to satisfy the judgment for an extremely deserving client.
