Joshua Miller is the founder and managing partner of our Columbia, Tennessee law office. An accomplished litigator with over a decade of courtroom experience, Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in divorce and family law, personal injury, business matters, and general civil litigation across Middle Tennessee. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Miller is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator, qualified to mediate both family and civil matters. He also holds a specialized certification in domestic violence mediation, enabling him to effectively resolve complex and high-conflict family law disputes. His mediation practice often includes cases involving orders of protection, domestic violence, and allegations of abuse.
