Joshua G. Prince

About Joshua

Joshua Prince was born and raised in Berks County, PA, and is the fourth generation of Princes practicing law locally. He graduated from The Hill School in 2000 and McGill University in 2005 with a double major in Political Science and World Religions. He then graduated Cum Laude from Widener Law School in 2009. Joshua focuses his practice on Firearms Law as Chief Counsel of the Firearms Industry Consulting Group® (FICG®). He has represented numerous individuals, Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs), and gun clubs/ranges on various state and federal issues. He is an avid firearms collector and target shooter, and has taught many Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on Firearms Law. Joshua also formed Civil Rights Defense Firm, P.C. (CRDF) and Cannabis Industry Law Group.
