About Joshua

Josh leads the firm’s trial team and litigation practice group concentrating in complex and catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases resulting from car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, workplace accidents, construction accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and more. Josh has achieved tremendous results for his clients, but prides himself on building relationships with his clients, rewarding the trust they place in him and solving the “every day” problems that better his client’s lives. As a trial attorney, Josh has litigated thousands of cases throughout the United States in federal and state courts, in arbitrations and mediations with AAA, ADR, JAMS and BBB and in administrative hearings before a variety of agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, IHRC, IDFPR and IDOL. While Josh has tried and litigated injury cases for more than 20 years, he also has more than a decade of experience as litigation and outside general counsel to national and regional companies. With an intimate knowledge of how corporations operate, Josh is adept at grasping the bigger picture in any dispute and guiding his clients through lawsuits by utilizing a keen understanding of business practices and personal motivations to achieve targeted results. In 2024, Josh made the decision to devote his entire practice to bettering the lives of injury victims and their families with a mission to make the world better one day and one client at a time!
