Joshua Lim is a partner at Kim, Lim & Partners, focusing on business litigation, including business fraud and shareholder disputes, as well as employment law matters such as Fair Labor Standards Act violations, Title VII, employment discrimination, and New Jersey wage and hour statutes. He also handles adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Lim has successfully secured six-figure verdicts and settlements, won copyright infringement cases, and defended corporate clients against claims. He graduated with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was on the dean's list. Mr. Lim is a member of the New Jersey State and Bergen County bar associations and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is also a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. His expertise has led to appointments by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a special fiscal agent in complex business litigation and by judges in New York and New Jersey as an arbitrator.
