Judith S. Gracey is the Managing Attorney and Founder of The Gracey Law Firm, established in 1991. With 37 years of practice and over 3,500 successfully litigated cases, she is a premier criminal defense attorney in Metro Detroit, handling federal and state level cases, including multi-defendant indictments, complex conspiracy charges, and death-eligible federal cases. She also counsels clients in family law, probate law, civil litigation, personal injury, and sports law. Attorney Gracey has been appointed to the Michigan Appellate Defender Commission for 17 consecutive years, served as Past President of the Oakland County Bar Association (2004-2005), and was a former member of the Michigan Civil Rights Committee. She has also served as an assistant adjunct professor of law at Western Michigan, Oakland, and Madonna Universities. She is a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Peer-Rated Award for Highest Level of Professional Excellence (2017), DBusiness Magazine's Top Lawyer (2010), and the Criminal Justice Act Recognition Award (2012).
