Mrs. Hodgkiss maintains a general trial practice that includes Family Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation and Personal Injury matters. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986 following her graduation from Baylor University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Northeast Texas and Lamar County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and was a Member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, 6th Judicial District, 1996 - 2002. Mrs. Hodgkiss has an AV Preeminent Rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings System.
